This summer Davey & I took a week off and went with Lou & Poppy to Biloxi and New Orleans. A super time was had by all! First Mommy won $100 in the casino (GREAT way to start off the trip!), then it was off to have some outdoor fun. We planned an excursion trip to Ship Island, a barrier island off the coast of Biloxi, and explored an old Fort, played in the ocean, built a sandcastle, and made friends with a crab named Earl.
Then onto New Orleans where we listened to music, walked the streets, and of course did some shopping.Davey just loves New Orleans! I believe the expression (when we arrived at the hotel) was "Ahhh... home sweet home"
